Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule for any reason - no worries! Just please let us know at least an hour ahead of time, or sooner if possible. If you had a paid meeting, please reach out to reschedule at team@npsdesignstudio.com. There are no refunds for no-shows to meetings.
